Richard, my salesperson, was great he explained to me the difference between the financing and leasing options that are available. Two days later I was able to drive my new car home and he took the time to go over the whole car with me on the dayI picked up. Allen was 100% transparent with my vehicle history & extremely helpful as well as efficient and respectful of my time. They even went the extra mile by making the entire process stress-free and actually enjoyable. We purchased a BMW for my wife here about a month ago, very happy with the car so far. Really amazed with their behaviours. I went for buying a car there. I test drove it liked it and came the next day with a friend to make the final decision. My friend also told me that the car is all good. I made a 500$ payment to them for checking the approval of my finance. I came home and they gave me the finance details. It was approved and at very last moment i had to change my decision. I was really upset and scared. I made a commitment and i will not be able to fulfill it. I didn’t know how to confront that. I went to them and described everything. They listened carefully and understood. They were not mad at me for Canceling the deal and retuned my deposit amount. They asked me to give something to them for detailing the car and I gave them$ 100. I made a promise that the time I am going to buy a car i am gonna buy from them. They also told me that the$ 100 amount they kept will add it with the amount then.
